What this site is
byamitpatel.com is where I share information about fractional COO services for founders, and where you can book a call with me or download resources I’ve put together.
No guarantees from a website visit
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results. The numbers and case studies I share reflect real past work, but every business is different — booking a call or downloading a checklist doesn’t promise a specific outcome for you.
Booking a call
Booking a free strategy call doesn’t create any binding agreement between us. It’s a conversation — if we decide to work together afterward, that’ll be covered by a separate agreement we both sign.
Content ownership
Everything on this site — the writing, the checklist, the frameworks — is mine. You’re welcome to read it and use it for your own business, but please don’t copy, resell, or republish it as your own.
Use the site reasonably
Don’t try to hack it, scrape it, spam the forms, or use it for anything illegal. Pretty much common sense.
No liability
I’m not liable for decisions you make based on general information on this site. Any advice specific to your business only applies once we’ve actually worked together directly.
